There is also a sandy private beach for area residents 50 yards away. The home comes with the use of two jetskis and a 24 foot sailboat with captain! Take a sail whenever you like and let Captain John do the work.

120 Racing Beach is a 6 bedroom + staff quarters, 4 full bathroom home. There is a very large king bedded master suite with full bathroom en suite. Adjacent to the master suite, there are two children's bedrooms, each with twin beds and a second shared bath, and there is a children’s playroom (perfect for a crib if needed). In addition, adjacent to the house is a 3 bedroom guest cottage with full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one has a twin bed with trundle. All beds have good mattresses and top quality linens.

The home comes equipped with many of the high-end amenities you would expect: chef's kitchen, two washers and dryers (laundry done by staff), staff, indoor heated pool, luxury linens, outdoor play-set and trampoline with netting, outdoor grill, wood burning fireplace in living room, wireless access. All bedrooms have window air conditioners but entire back of the house opens to the sea so no need for AC in main house.

120 Racing Beach is available for rent August 15-September 7, 2009 at a price of $6,000/week, including staff.
